Cucumber Bagels.

-Ingredients-
• 1 bag whole wheat mini bagels
• 8oz package whipped cream cheese
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1 package dry ranch mix
• 1-2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
• Dill weed

Mix the cream cheese, mayo and dry ranch together. Peel and slice the cucumber into 1 inch thick slices. Set out the mini bagel halves and spread with the cream cheese mixture. Top with a slice of cucumber and sprinkle with the sill weed. Serve and enjoy!
I love to put these out as an appetizer when we have company over. They are really easy and don't take much time to make! I hope you enjoy them!

  1. Yum. I have some extra goat cheese and now that you've posted a picture with cucumbers in it, I think I know exactly how I want to finish the cheese! :)

  4. These remind me of those little cucumber sandwiches at an English tea only tastier! Normally I'm a sweets person but when I was pregnant I would slather everything in ranch dressing. I'll remember these for next time around, thanks!
